What we do
A trading house that stays close to the soil.
We buy at farmgate, process in our own facilities and ship under our own name. Owning every step between the field and the container is how we hold a specification — and how we can answer for it when a buyer asks.

The lot book
Six lines, shipped to spec.
Every consignment leaves our yard as a numbered lot with its own record: origin state, grade, moisture, packing and certificate references. Name a lot and we can tell you which communities it came from.

Field to vessel — four stages
Nothing is handed off to someone we don’t know.
Originate
We buy at farmgate through our own field agents and registered cooperatives in the producing states — not off the open market, where origin and history disappear.
Process
Cleaning, destoning, sorting, drying and grading happen in our facilities against the spec written into your contract, not against a generic house standard.
Verify
Every lot is sampled and tested for moisture, purity and foreign matter — and for aflatoxin where the destination market requires it — before it is bagged and sealed.
Ship
Stuffing is supervised, containers are sealed under our seal number, and the documentary set follows within the banking timeline you have agreed.
NETWORK 12,400 registered growers
Farmer network
We know which villages a lot came from.
Traceability is not a badge we bought. It is the by-product of buying directly, season after season, from growers whose names, plots and yields are on our register.
Post-harvest handling, drying and storage clinics run before each buying season in the producing states.
Seed, jute bagging and drying mats advanced against harvest, settled at farmgate on delivery.
Published farmgate prices and same-day payment, so a grower is never guessing what the crop is worth.
Paperwork
Documents that clear the first time.
A rejected consignment is almost never a farming problem. It is a documentation problem. We prepare the full export set in-house and route it to your bank, not to a broker.
Certificate of Origin and NEPC exporter registration references on every shipment.
NAQS phytosanitary certificate issued against the inspected lot, not against a generic declaration.
Certificate of analysis covering moisture, purity, foreign matter and aflatoxin where required.
Bill of lading, packing list, weight note, fumigation certificate and commercial invoice.
