Packing & loading
Packing is quoted with the price because it changes the price. Tell us the discharge port and the receiving plant, and we will recommend the bagging that survives the journey rather than the one that is cheapest to buy.
New PP woven bags, food-grade jute, or double-lined cartons depending on the commodity and the market.
Kraft or polythene container liners on request for hygroscopic lines such as sesame and soybean.
Carried out before stuffing, with the certificate issued against the container and seal number.
Bags stencilled with lot number, net weight, crop year and destination as agreed in the contract.
Supervised loading, tally sheet signed on site, photographs of the sealed door sent the same day.

Contract parameters
A specification is a commercial decision as much as a technical one. Every parameter you tighten removes tonnage from the available pool and moves the price. We would rather show you that trade-off than quietly miss it.
Achievable below our published ceilings on most lines, at a yield cost. Harmattan lots dry down more easily than early-season crop.
Sortex passes can be repeated to reach 99.9% on sesame. Each pass costs throughput, and we will quote it separately.
Managed at source through drying discipline, then verified by test. We will not accept a limit we cannot evidence on the day of loading.
